Sweet Ride

The above is our car named Kelly the Pecan because of different license plate letters. We racked up the miles (203,000) and took it places where people were afraid to drive their trucks. It has been really good to us.

Obviously we aren't too torn up about it because we traded it in for this 2008 Elantra that only had 10,000 miles on it. Happy Birthday to ME. It feels like it is brand new. It is a stick shift so you can drive conservatively or pretend like you are on the Autobahn, and rumble right along. It is a little smaller than our Camry, but we don't have to use it as a closet, so it should work out nicely.
Doesn't it look rugged with all the snow. The only downfall to the car is that with Kelly we had an automatic oil changing system. All we had to do was fill it up every 3 months. I am sure our landlords will like not having oil in the driveway.
